In 2017, I lost my amazing mom to cancer and it changed my life. I decided to pursue a business focused on things that I love because let’s be honest – life really is too short.

Enjoying my first cup of coffee in the morning is the best part of my day.

For several years I owned 72 Company, a mobile coffee and cocktail bar, and served at countless weddings and events around the state. However, I always knew that I wanted to open a brick and mortar coffee shop.

Fast forward to 2021 and I found the perfect location on Devine St. and decided to make my dream a reality. I opened Azalea Coffee Bar in April 2021, and it is the best decision I ever made.

Azaleas are my favorite flower because they remind me of my hometown of Summerville, SC and the women that raised me – including my mom, Angie.

Our shop serves coffee and tea from women and partners with many women and minority-owned businesses in our community.
